Positive: I was informed that ADT required a 30 Day Notice to terminate service. Hence, I called with enough notice that the service terminated on 10-13-2023. Negative: I shut off the water/garbage service effective 10-12-2023 as that was the initial date for the close of Escrow. The grounds missed 3 cycles of irrigation which was a concern for me. In the future you may want to advise sellers that even though you have a suggestive date for the close of escrow, that they may want to wait until you give the word that escrow is in fact closing.
